Need a few suggestions about the tropics

Hi Guys. I recently was sent to a very warm, humid country for six months work. I shower daily and put on fresh clothes daily, and use a body powder in my pubic area. In spite of this I am developing a skin rash in my groin. Very unattractive. It is not itchy, but red and sore. What do you other men do who live in the tropics to avoid this condition?

It sounds like you have picked up a fungal infection or "Thrush" as it is often called.

Try using 'CANESTAN' or a similar anti fungal cream., that usually works for me.
