Looking for opinions on the best way to use my cock pump.

1. Do I just pull a good vacuum and leave it on for an hour or so. or

2. Di I pull a vacuum, wait a while, release it and keep doing this for an hour or so, or

2. Any other techniques you have found work for you.

I have pumped my cock,periodically, for over 20 years. I think your own technique has to be found. What is the end result you are looking for, ie: heft and a weighty feel, working with cock rings, etc. Take your time and be patient.
