As I have said in reply to another post, we haven't in as long as this place heas been here, EVER used any images for marketing. Admin, who is my new understudy, may have used one in a tweet which....
And I certainly don't want my images used … so please ensure older pics also need to give explicit permission for usage in your marketing
Starting later this week, we will be requiring ID for new uploads. This is a requirement by the credit card companies. The sky is not falling, this is in place successfully on our other sites NN & NTN
Having said that yes, there will be a not too long impact on number of posts as people do their ID verification

Same changed happened on NN a month or so ago - no slowdown there, we have about 70 moderators though so imahges are reviewed very quickly, so the answer here is twofold - more moderators - appply now
