A front page layer

Perhaps when people log onto this site there could be a page layered over the main page with an agree/disagree button telling people that lingerie, panties, xdressers etc are not to be posted. We would have to choose 'agree' to be allowed to log in. Also a link to NBN could be there. Perhaps this has already been suggested, I'm a bit lazy and I haven't read through other threads. If so, carry on
