The Other day I had to make an Amazon return and I took it into the local Kohl's department store. The young clerk that accepted my order was cute and he seemed gay to me and I was attracted. And I even started to get a bit of an erection talking to him. But I'm unsure about my skills with gaydar. And I can't really tell for sure. So if you can give me some pointers on what to look for that might lead to some more encounters.

I don't think I can help with anything specific. Try engaging in a casual conversation about anything - such as the item you were returning and see if it leads anywhere. Perhaps try guiding the conversation to social issues to try to get some sense of values? Look for any opportunity to ask for advice with a situation he might be able to help you with? All or any of this may lead somewhere, or nowhere. Nothing ventured - nothing gained. Good luck either way.
