disappearing pics / profile

curious as to why my pics and profile was wiped clean and my pics are all gone? any feedback / help out there? I used to enjoy this site and am a premium member....

I have a very similar situation except I am not a premium member. I contacted support almost a month ago and have not heard anything at all regarding my request to restore my pics. Nothing. Zero communication. If I thought joining as a premium member would get my pics back, I would gladly do so...frustrating for sure.
