Can't upload photos from my phone, why?

Hi all
I'm working away from home and have restricted access to the internet so I'm looking at Newdude on my phone
As you can see I'm not behind the door when it comes to posting but when I try to upload photos from my phone I can't
I get a message telling me I need the latest Flash but when I try to load it I'm told it's not compatible with my (2 year old) handset
Any suggestions because I'm eager to get posting again
HELP!!
