flashing chat header

The chat room seems to be rarely used so far. I'm wondering if more people might be inclined to use it if the chat heading flashed when someone's in the room the way the Cam heading does when someone's showing their cam. I like to chat but I hate having to leave the area I'm in and get into chat just to see if anyone's there talking.

Yes it must be lonely being in their on your own waiting for others to visit, so showing that someone is in the chat room is a great idea, if it can be done like the 'flashing cams' icon !
