Don't get here often but I finally discovered the forums recently - enjoyed reading. Found the erotic stories section. A few years back, I started to journal my early sexual experiences. LOL, these were very few and far between, but I enjoyed mulling the memories over in my mind as I tried to put them to paper - well, to hard drive, I should say. Anyway, I am fairly sure these would not be acceptable for posting here because there was some sexual contact between minors (me and a friend). That I do understand.

But I'd also written a couple erotic stories - sort of sounding out how things MIGHT have been had I made different decisions as a boy. Again, I wouldn't try to submit those. But, in writing them, I found I enjoyed the "enhancements" - I enjoyed just making stuff up! So, I wrote a few that were totally out of my head (i.e. nothing from my past experience).

One such story involves an eighteen-year-old who is about to leave home for military service, and the next door neighbor he's known most of his life. I believe the story is a fun read and would be acceptable EXCEPT for one aspect. And this (FINALLY) is where I'm seeking guidance. I don't want to upload anything that would violate the rules...

The neighbor in the story is an amateur photographer (so you see where this is going) and he and the guy eventually discuss his photography and agree to his photographing the guy in the nude (to document his body before military service, and then to follow up later). But as they're discussing nude photography and nudity in general, the neighbor does confess that he had seen the guy naked many times over the years because the guy's first floor room was visible from an upstairs in the neighbor's house next door. The neighbor assures the guy no photos were taken - he just wants to put the guy at easy with nudity, because (as he observed), since the guy was a young teen, he has been spending most of his time in his room in the nude.

Now, it's MY opinion that the sight (or written "viewing" of a minor in the nude is certainly not pornography. But, of course, it's not my opinion that counts, but YOURS! So that's what I'm asking - I'm not sure where the line is drawn. There is one other aspect that I might have to modify. In their discussion of the neighbor seeing the guy as a young teen, the neighbor does admit that he saw the guy doing what you might expect a young teen to be doing while naked and alone in his room.

So, again, no contact, no sexual interaction between the guy as a minor and the neighbor - there's actually almost no contact in the "present" moment - the story is more about the appreciation of the beauty of nude males than about any sexual activity between the two subjects.

I don't know if there's a way to submit the story for review before posting (if there is, I've not yet found it). But I don't want to post it only to find that it IS deemed to be unacceptable. I appreciate the site and don't want to be removed and also don't want to cause any legal problems for the site, itself. I'll check back for a response before doing anything more.
